Best experience buying a car yet!

The overall experience was good, found the car online, we did the credit online and drove from NC to TX to see/test drive the vehicle to insure it was what we were looking for. The sales reps Ray and JD we great! The only complaint I would have is we had kids with us, we were told their was a play room, which ended up being a very small room, with one bucket of blocks. Mind you we came for a 12 passenger sprinter van so we have 6 kids with us and they filled the room. The van also had a squeaking brake noise that they looked at and said is normal for new pads and would go away. We drove the back home to NC from TX and the brake are still squeaking. Therefore I am going to have to take to my local shop to have them check again. Other then that’s the experience and ease of purchase was good.

This was like no buying experience before. It was very well organized and the dealership itself is impressive. It was easy to do. But the cash I used for the down payment was extremely difficult to pay with. I had a struggle trying to pay and the two ladies that came down to take the payment were not very organized at all and slowed down the entire process. That part of the transaction needs to be greatly improved. Their skill counting and dealing with the amount of bills used was lacking. It was not a smooth process when it came time to pay with the cash. Reason being is the dealership only allows 5 thousand in a credit card. A debit card has a limit issue so cash was the only thing I could do in a timely manner to basically pay up. The final total was not calculated so I could not request a cashiers check or anything else. Aside from this Naman was fantastic and the entire experience with him was fantastic. The level of attention and detail from him and his associates was amazing.
