Erick Perez was excellent to work with. I asked that he not call, but rather text since I work in the hospital and much less intrusive. Rate that people comply and he did. Efficient and very pleasant to work with. Only suggestion for improvement. The optional add-ons. There really isn’t sufficient time to review and think about it. I declined all but overnight thought I would purchase the windshield warranty but was told the next day offer is only valid day of purchase- it wasn’t even 12 hours later.
