I came to the showroom on Friday Sept 22 because I had seen a CPO 2023 Mercedes E450 sedan that was of interest. That experience went well, and I purchased the car. I returned on Tuesday Sept 26 to take delivery. That experience did not go as well. There were mistakes on the paperwork and other problems that resulted in my having to sign the same form 6 times. Each time, my salesman had to go to the Directors' den to get approval. This resulted in an unduly long wait to complete the process, and I was getting upset. I spoke to Michael Crowder about my displeasure, who listened carefully. That evening while driving in the dark , I noticed for the first time that there was after-market tint on all the windows and that it was hard to see at night. I called Michael C., who offered to improve my first impression by arranging to have the tint removed without cost. That was an excellent suggestion, and it improved my initial opinion of Park Place greatly. That was done on Friday Sept 29th. Note that at no time was I displeased with my salesman Erick Perez. So, when all was said and done, I believe that Park Place (BTW, this is my 3rd Park Place Mercedes) recognized what went wrong, and proactively took steps to fixed it. Kudo's to all involved.

Oscar has assisted us with 4 or 5 of our last MB leases over the years, and we are always so pleased with his quick responses and excellent service when ordering a new car. He always has the right answer and is super nice to deal with. He even came over AFTER work yesterday to pair our garage door opener and my phone with the new MB SUV. He goes above and beyond all the time for us. What a great employee Park Place has in Oscar. He is truly THE BEST!!!

We went to the dealership to discuss options at the end of our lease in 2024 and left with a beautiful new GLE450 hybrid. No pressure but all our options were presented. We test drove the vehicle we purchased as well as another. Naman generously allowed us to drive in areas we frequented so we could thoroughly familiarize ourselves with the handling. It was a seamless experience.
