I have received great service from the Park Place personnel. On a side note, I do not appreciate being relegated to a third party app just to provide feedback on behalf of Park Place. I know I can opt out but only after my info has been given to the app - damage done. I would prefer not to opt in. I am only responding because I think this affects my sales rep in some fashion, and he was great to work with on this sale.

The first time we came in to look at Mercedes, we talked to a sales person who seemed very disinterested in helping us find a new vehicle. The second time, we were lucky enough to work with Michael Brignac and he was extremely helpful! We went on a couple test drives and he pointed out all the many features. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We actually ended up buying two cars!!

Robert Puckett is very professional and knowledgeable and truly cares about experience his customers receive when they come to the dealer. I personally had bought other cars from Robert and continue to do so because he goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are satisfied.
