I made a huge mistake buying a GLS450 and failing to check whether it had the towing package installed at the factory. I now have to hunt around for a dealership that installs tow bars and the seven-pin electrical connectors. Why would Park Place have a giant SUV without a towing package? Otherwise, the sales experience representative was excellent. He made the car purchase experience friendly and jovial, and not a terror as all other prior salesmen have made it.
