Chris Rupert was extremely friendly and helpful. He showed us everything about the car and even setup the My Mercedes app. The car was supposed to be delivered from Mercedes with the illuminated star and Mercedes did not put it on. Ted Petrocco is taking care of that for us also. Overall, very satisfied.
