My visit involved the purchase of a 2022 GLC 300 and was an exceptionally positive one because of Jay Serio. Jay made the entire purchase process very easy because of his knowledge of the SUV I bought as well as the 2019 I was currently driving, his thoughtfulness in updating its status from time of order to delivery, and his expertise in guiding me through the steps of the final purchase documentation and explaining the new features of the 2022 SUV. In fact, he went the extra mile to accommodate my last-minute change of schedule because of illness and used that additional time to tend to many of the details of the closing in order to save me time. I believe it was certainly my good fortune to have been assigned to Jay when my husband and I first entered the showroom last fall to find someone who could advise us about our expiring GLC 300 lease. There was an instant rapport. Jay is not only the consummate professional, he is a true gentleman and a delight to work with. FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS PARK PLACE CAR WASH HAS BEEN CLOSED FIRST BECAUSE OF COVID EXCUSE AND NOW BECAUSE THEY CLAIM THE CAR WASH IS B ROKEN. I HAVE BOUGH AT LEAST 12 MERCEDES BENZ FROM G550, 450GLS, SL450, S500, ML450. THEY SELL THE CARS WITH A PROMISE OF COMPLIMENTARY CAR WASH, BUT FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS, I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO WASH MAY CAR NOT EVEN ONCE!!!!
