Quick routine maintenance, quick check in and loaner car. 2 things not normal, I received an email for a $900 charge that said it was my car but the pictures of the vehicle showed it was not mine, I guess that was corrected after my return email but I never received anything saying it was. I was told they would do an exterior car wash, when I picked up my car it was not washed, i didn’t have time to wait so I had to immediately pick up a co worker at the airport in an unwashed, dirty vehicle. Embarrassing and I had to explain Park Place had. Failed to wash it after the service work.

Initially showed up without an appointment but she was patient and had thoughtful answers to our questions - especially using her knowledge and experience to compare other brands and models we were considering in an honest and transparent manner. Very professional and low-pressure. And yes, we bought a new GLE450.
