The very nice lady at the front desk was very helpful, I have been waiting for my license plates for 6 weeks and she told me they still are not in. Also she directed me to JD a sales person who helped me with removing the prior owners on Mercedes & Me and registering me as new owner. JD was very professional and polite and I really appreciated that. Prior to this I had put in several calls to my sales person Tyson Anderson and was told he was busy and that it was not his job. This is only one example of many bad experiences I encountered while purchasing a GLC 300 from Park Place back in November 2021. Thank You Henry Barber.
