Shilo and Craig Best went above and beyond! This is the 6th MB I've purchased and THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience yet. Shilo got a better interest rate than I was able to go, and Craig helped facilitate the return of my rental car and taught me how to use the parallel parking feature! Good Job Guys!

I really enjoyed being able to discuss all of my requests and requirements ahead of time with the online process. It was so granular that I was able to have my windows tinted and the car ready when I arrived at the dealership. This allowed me to not make another trip to the dealership after the car buying process.
