2 days is too long for a regular service with no other issues

Our God is an awesome God. I was so excited when Erik called to inform me that my new vehicle was ready to pick up. So I headed to the dealership. In route I received another phone call, stating that the dealership had experienced a power outage and to delay my arrival until further notice. I'm not a patient person so I said a prayer and continued my journey to the dealership. When I arrived it was completely dark. I was greeted by a very pleasant person who informed Erik that I had arrived. And in the dark, I was escorted to the guest lounge, before I could decide where to sit, the lights came on. I proceeded to sign documents and drive away in my 1st SUV.

Oscar was incredible to work with and he made the car buying process painless and seamless!
