My salesman (Paul Loring) was excellent - very helpful. However, I purchased a pre-owned certified 450 GLS and I was a little disappointed with the experience - things that you don't notice during a test drive. All the settings on a Sewell pre-owned vehicle are re-set to factory settings so I was expecting that from Park Cities. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The radio was already pre-set from the previous owner as was the seat adjustment and everything else. It was just disappointing and didn't feel like a pre-certified car that was really examined. Additionally, the driver's seat leather was severely discolored (Paul is trying to help me with that) but the leather itself is worn and going to have to be replaced soon. I didn't notice in my test drive because I was sitting on it. I like the vehicle but I just expected more from Park Cities.
