It was alot longer than expected. I came in the day before test drove the car I wanted and everything. Came back the next morning with a check and all documents i needed thinking it was going to be a smooth in and out process. I even let my salesmen know id be back the next day. I arrived at 10am and didn't leave until 4pm, I'm usually only at a dealership that long if I'm test driving going through finance and all of that. The inside of my car was not clean at all. For me to be well prepared and the dealership wasn't was distasteful and overwhelming.
