Paul our salesman was very pleasant and prompt. He answered all our questions and was not annoying with phone calls. The only reason this is not five stars, is that we had to wait several hours for the car to be ready. We had are our financing ready to go before we even came to the dealership and felt that the final transaction would have gone a lot faster. We did meet the finance manager, John and he was also great even though we didn’t go with the dealership financing. We had a lot better rate from our own financial institution.
