Dr. David Ward was very helpful and easy to work with- enjoyed working with him immensely. All salespersons friendly and welcoming in the showroom. Great service related to fixing an issue on the door panel. And definitely appreciated the support with shipping the vehicle to my home in Michigan.

I initially visited w KaDarius in November when hubby has a procedure at UTSW. He meticulously introduced me the SUV C & E class. He was off for his wedding when my hubby & I revisited the dealership last week after hubby chose to purchase an older, low mileage Lexus at Grapevine. Khalid at Lexus assisted in that sale. Once that was done I chose to look again at the C300 as I sold my 2016 C300 4 door. Khalid tried to get a C300 transferred to Lexus Grapevine but as there was a warranty on the car this wasn’t possible. As a result we went to Park Place Dallas & Perla was at lunch so we were connected with Chris. He showed us the red C300 but I did not like it so we quickly decided to look & purchase the 20223 C300 red coupe. Chris did a nice job for me & I love the car. KaDarius followed up once he return from PTO & I mentioned I did not get a First Aid kit or owners manual. Chris told me the car did not come with those items. As this was my 5 MB purchase, I was sad. Thanks to KaDarius I now have both of those items. Thanks for the teamwork. We are happy campers.
