Jordan had all the paperwork organized and ready to go. The process was very fluid. Also, Jordan spent so much time going over the details of the new vehicle that I felt very comfortable and confident when it was time for me to leave the dealership.

honestly the best car buying experience ive ever had. Jordan Ashford made it literally seamless and we were in and out in about an hour and a half. beautiful dealership but the people especially Jordan made the experience top notch.

11/14/2024 i had an appointment with Keith Taylor, new car salesman to look at a few cars, I ended up choosing a Mercedes graphite color S580. After about a week my husband and I went back to Parkplace to pick up the car. Keith stated that the car was good to go and the only problem was a recall on the software, and it would probably be in January 2025 before they could fix that issue, I said okay! On Sunday I drove the car out of town, on my way back my husband noticed the Engine light was on, and it stayed that way all the way back to Dallas. My husband contacted Keith Taylor and he told us to bring the car back to Parkplace, we spoke with Mr. Bobby and he said that if given a chance the car would be checked thoroughly. My husband called Keith Taylor, after our decision not to keep the car. Mr Taylor told us to come back to Parkplace and he would assist us on finding another Car. While waiting for Mr Taylor to finish his business with another client, another person introduced himself as Rola whom was one of the Managers ,and he gave me a refund that was owed to me, and told me that I would get a reimbursement on my warranty. But I instructed him by saying I wasn’t going to keep the S580, due to the engine light. Mr Rola told us that we had to keep that car because it was already Funded. I told him that if he was going to promise that the Engine light was not going to come on, and he was going to handle this issue, my husband and I would reconsider, and he told me that he wouldn’t agree to that, and also that his wife purchased a car , and after three days the engine light came on. I also told him that I purchased a car from Parkplace two years ago and decided I didn’t like it, and the Manager went above and beyond to make me happy . Mr Rola asked how long ago this happened, I told him a couple of years ago or less, he said well “ I don’t know what happened then but they wouldn’t take the car back because of funding and the contract was completed. I told him that Keith Taylor told us to come back to the Dealership which was on a Saturday to look at other options, and why didn’t he tell us what he told us? Rola said I Quote, “That apparently Keith didn’t know of the decision that was made through Management.” Which I knew was a Lie, Mr Taylor from day one was very Professional and attentive with my husband and I. He would never have us driving from Cedar Hill Texas to Parkplace with an appointment we both agreed upon. My husband and I left the building got back in the loaner car, and sat for a second. Mr Keith Taylor apparently was told that we left, so he came outside to the car and I told him about our conversation with Mr Rola. I told him that I’ve done business with Parkplace when it was on Oaklawn, where I purchased my first Mercedes 190e, and I’ve never been treated so Poorly or spoken to in such a poor manner. Mr Taylor told my husband and I to come back inside of the building and he would pick out a few more cars so that we may choose from. I’m so glad that I didn’t drive off, and didn’t give Mr Taylor a chance to fix the problem I had with Mr Rola. Mr Rola is not a Professional person, he gives off the impression that he owns Parkplace, which I know isn’t true.i told Mr Keith Taylor that I wanted to speak with the Owner, because no one and I mean no one can belittle me or my husband the way Rola did, by telling me that I had to keep a car with an engine light problem, and that was that. But I’m so grateful to Mr Taylor and Mr Bobby, I went back to Parkplace and picked out a very nice car, and the paperwork was switched from one car to the other. Parkplace need good attentive and Professional staff to assist customers, not to make them feel like what they say don’t matter. The only reason I gave my visit a 5 Star Rating is because of how Professional Mr Keith Taylor and Mr Bobby was, making sure that I was happy in the end.

My experience was absolutely wonderful. Even prior to the sale, Ben had been in touch with me with regular updates not only about the vehicle but also regarding ancillary inquiries about purchase process, features and configurations, service management, after-sale care options. By the time purchase date came around, I thought of him as a friend instead of salesman.
