Sales folks were great to deal with but their internal process was slowing things down, but in the end, they bent over backward to get my car shipped to me, even though it was outside their typical protocol to get things shipped out before they had paperwork in hand. I sent them the check and they were able to get the car released to me. The car was as promised and they were fantastic to work with, I would recommend this dealership.
