I wanted to test drive the new AMG CLE 53. I made an appointment with Ben and really loved the car but didn’t have the specs I was looking for. We searched the inventory in transit and found exactly what I was looking for, and it had just landed at port. I put a deposit down to reserve and Ben kept me updated on each step of the process. We then scheduled another appointment and I had a great experience working with Ben to complete the transaction. I like that he was able to work the deal from start to finish without the handoff to a Finance Manager. I’ve had 2 deals in my life that I walked away from once I had to deal with the finance manager. I think it’s a better experience to allow the salesperson that has been building rapport and gaining the trust of your customer, to work the deal to the end. The handoff is risky because you then have to make financial decisions with someone you might not have any rapport with and might not like or want to buy from them. I think the 1 touch process makes for a much better experience and I will continue to give Ben a shot at my future purchases. We could be looking again for my wife before the end of the year.
