My experience was awesome

Shilo was fantastic, he should real integrity in how he handled the sale of our van. When we first saw the vehicle it had not been prepped for sale but over the next week the necessary repairs were made. One of the issues was paint damage which was caused by one of the porters driving the van into the garage. The roof damage that was visible from the ground repaired but the damage on the roof that required a ladder to see it was not. I am not blaming Shilo as the body man should take pride in his work and fix the whole issue not just what the customer can see from the ground.

I called to see if a car I saw on the website "Cargurus" was still available for sale. Your employee "Marcel Hudson" answered the phone. He checked and said car was available. I asked for him when I got there. He offered me the ability to test drive the car. I left and decided to purchase the car later that day. Marcel was very friendly and helpful. It was a smooth transaction.
