One call to make my appointment with Kortina and set up a shuttle ride. The wait at the dealership was minimal. My car was ready for pick up as promised. Updates throughout the service. Shuttle picked me up on time and was back in my car upon arrival.

My service technician, Jonathan Daniel, was great - courteous and very timely with communicating my car status and recommendations.The reason for the 3 stars is due to the pricing that Park Place charges and their unwillingness to match another Mercedes dealership price for alignment that was advertised on their website. Management was only willing to lower from the initial price from $403 to $338. Mercedes McKinney had a coupon for $250 - so that is where I’ll go for my alignment and possibly my next service.

Wait took longer than expected but we are pleased with the work that was done.

Car was ready on time and all of the services appeared complete. Drop off and pick up were very efficient. Only issue that needs to be addressed is the format of the final bill. I received an email “estimate” and a final invoice with “actual” charges, but there was no note of the discount I was supposed to receive on the final bill that was paid. According to the final bill I did not receive any discount!Thanks

The visit was day after Labor Day so the wait in the appointment parking was a bit lengthy. Once Service Advisor, Mr. Zebb Sommer began helping me, everything went quite well.
