Overall good but I also own a BMW and they ALWAYS wash and clean my car when I bring it in for anything. My Mercedes was not washed. Disappointing from a luxury car dealer service.

My service advisor , Todd, is the best I’ve had at any dealership I’ve ever used. He is proactive, professional and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure my car was properly handled and that all issues were resolved before getting it back to me.
