I had the pleasure of working with Zac on 8/11 and again on 8/15 regarding an issue with one of my middle seats being off track. From the start, he was kind and professional. I hit traffic on I-35 and arrived about 15 minutes late for my appointment, and while I don’t believe he had been informed that I called ahead, he showed no frustration or impatience with me being late.When I arrived, I was a bit perturbed because I wasn’t sure the noise I’d been hearing would reveal itself at the dealership. Thankfully, I had the foresight (by God’s grace) to record the sound the day before. Zac allowed me to send the recording to him so the technicians could better diagnose the problem. He also patiently listened as I ran through all the possible scenarios I thought might be the cause.During our initial diagnostic drive, we weren’t able to replicate the noise, so Zac proposed that I return when a loaner vehicle would be available so the technicians could properly diagnose the issue. That level of consideration meant a lot. He remained communicative throughout the process and, when I called him a day or two before my rescheduled appointment while the noise was actively happening, he actually took the time to listen over the phone and was able to hear it himself. That kind of attentiveness and customer care is rare!Ultimately, it turned out to be the seat, and everything was resolved. This was my first time working with Zac, and I’m grateful to have met him. It’s clear that the standard of excellence at Park Place Dallas extends beyond the sales floor and is consistently demonstrated across the service department. Zac is a true reflection of that standard.
