Need better arrival scheduling. Too many cars, not enough service mgrs for a 9:00 appoint. Wait time too long (15+ minutes) Need more valet drivers. Wait time to receive my car was too long (more than 15 minutes) even though pick up time confirmed prior afternoon. My service mgr (Juan) chose to retrieve my car after 20 minutes, which was much appreciated. Juan gets 5 stars from me.

This last visit was one of the most seamless ones I can remember. Chris did a great job of getting me set up with a loaner car and keeping me informed throughout my repair process. He had my car delivered to me at my home. I had the detail as well and my car was in like new condition. Overall, I’m super pleased with the service I received from Chris and his team. Thanks!
