I brought my car in for a recall and opted to do a diagnostics test. Several problems with my car were discovered and then more with my extended warranty company. My service agent Juan Avalos went above and beyond. I was so upset and he was wonderful, stepping in, explaining everything and helping me find solutions to everything!
