Although my car was in for the second time for the same issue, it was fixed to my satisfaction.

Was quite disappointed. My car was returned unwashed and my key does not work. Clearly said on dashboard that “battery needs to be replaced”, and yet it was returned to me just like that.I understand my service advisor had to leave because his mom was sick so please don’t fault him for that.

Zedd was wonderful. It was my first time meeting him and I will be changing to him as my service advisor

Unexpectedly I needed my car serviced and dropped it off unannounced in the late afternoon. Zac quickly responded, secured a loaner car and called with regular updates.

Everything went well. My service advisor Jesse offered to get me coffee, water or other snacks while I waited on my car to have service B maintance. He took me to the waitinh area to make sure I was seated. Everything were done professionally . I had no complaints. I was satisfied with everything.
