Lisa has completely elevated the service experience to what it should be. I have been beyond frustrated with my service every time at Park Place with the exception of working with Lisa. I don’t understand how Sewell can completely outperform your service. The difference between Sewell and your service is so extreme that I lean towards only purchasing and servicing from Sewell in the future. You need more work ethic and customer focus like Lisa provided this last service experience was phenomenal. Everyone should train with Eric in sales and Lisa in service.
