We were 75 miles out of town and picked up a nail in a tire on the interstate highway. The car was towed to Park Place in Dallas. Our Assistant Service Manager was Aaron Wallace, who provided superior customer service and coordination in resolving several issues surrounding the original tires that were ultimately replaced. Mr. Wallace was excellent at keeping us informed at each step of the way. We will be sure to request Mr. Wallace when we visit the dealership again!
