I had an appointment for about two weeks to replace the windshield on my car, which was under warranty. When I arrived for service the windshield had not been ordered yet and it took 10 days to complete. This seems excessively long in my opinion. But as per usual, everyone is always friendly and Rubi is great.

Frustrated because my service agent would not respond or answer phone calls. The website was not updated to reflect my car was complete. I had to come to Mercedes to see if my car was ready and the service agent was not there. I asked the valet and they said that the car had been ready for hours and the agent had not updated it online. Overall wasted so much time which is extremely frustrating
