My service advisor, Jose, was wonderful! He thoroughly answered all of my questions. As a lady, we’re not always privy to the in’s and out’s of car maintenance but his patience and kindness was truly appreciated! I recently purchased an AMG GLE 53 from Avondale Grapevine but I’ve been so impressed by the service with my GLC and that I will continue to bring my vehicles to ParkPlace Dallas.
