Overall good. They kept my car a week and couldn’t duplicate problem, but everyone was very courteous , and CJ, service manager convinced me it was the way I was driving it- so we’ll see.

Todd Wehba was hands down the best service manager that I’ve had at Park Place. He treated me as if I was his only customer. He was in constant communication with me and got everything done efficiently. I was able to drop off the loaner car, pay, and leave within 5-10 minutes. Last year, I was there for almost an hour. The only thing that I was unaware of was the annual service only being covered for 2 years. I was not aware that I would be billed for that since I was under mileage and under warranty still for most of my other services. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience

Jasmine was very helpful and even made sure to follow up with me after my service request was completed to make sure everything went well.

Drove in without an appointment with a run flat tire totally flat. I had purchased warranty insurance for tires and wheels. It took about 2.5 hours of wait time, otherwise I would have given highest rating.

Arron Wallace was fantastic. His product knowledge and service is exceptional.
