My Service coordinators their names was Andrew Riggs and Regan Kirby They were absolutely fantastic they treated me like. Royalty, always called to inform me with the progress of the car being fixed. They have represented top tier exceptional professionalism, and they should be looked at for the next opportunity opening to advancement at Mercedes Benz, they should be advanced in pay, pto, bonuses, vacation and be used as examples on liaisons to expand your brand they made believers out of me that they love what they do and care about the needs of whoever is in their presence to expose us to excellence. Very great service

Our service advisor Chris is AWESOME! He always greets us with a welcoming smile. He makes sure our visits our comfortable and everything needed is accomplished. I can honestly say Chris is the best service advisor we've had since we purchased from Park Place. We've been customers for years.

Everything was great until I noticed my rims on the front passenger side of my car were scrapped. It had to have been either from them replacing my tire or the car wash.
