Matt Butler and the whole service crew always exceed my expectations. Went in for a minor repair and only had a short time to get it done, they got me in and out in perfect time. The waiting area was comfortable with snacks and satellite tv. Matt was professional and knew the issues, which made the visit quick. I highly recommend him as a service advisor.

Brought 2022 GLE in for new battery, also to repair console,Inspection indicated I needed two new front tires, which was also done.Car was ready in the afternoon, but it had not been washed/vacuumed, although the invoice said this was done.

The scheduling website should offer a “loaner car needed” option for Park Place Preferred vehicles, it feels like the company is decontenting me, makingn me think about going elsewhere. Fortunately the service advisor (Zach) was polite and competent.
