I didn’t know that the dealership was doing construction. I wasn’t notified that the car wash wasn’t working as I would have never brought it there because that’s one of the service that I receive when my car is getting services to get it washed. I wasn’t available due to the construction.. my car was supposed to be ready the same day Thursday and I had to call Friday afternoon to check on it myself. I was due to go out of town and had been waiting on my car the whole time. And my travel plans were delayed due to this It just wasn’t a pleasant experience, and I will not be returning back to this dealership for any services or purchases of any cars. I I will be going to another Mercedes-Benz dealership for my next and all visits for services.

Mercedes was great. She got the deal done the way I wanted. The dealership even took care of some things that my car needed as part of the sale.

I found the car I liked online, and Davon Reed made the buying process quick and easy. I got the deal done within minutes. Thank you, Davon — you’re the best!

Bad communication between service advisor to customer. I have to call to see if my vehicle is ready for pick up or not

Even with the construction that is going on everything was clean & looked really nice. As always, Zach (Fletcher) was awesome. No matter how busy he is, he always is so friendly & takes the time needed to help me & answer any questions I have while thoroughly explaining my invoice. He has never made me feel rushed.

I am not sure which of two recent visits you are inquiring about so I will describe both. In late April I had my E350 in for routine schedule B maintenance. PP provided a very nice loaner allowing me to run some other errands while service was performed Alex contacted me shortly after lunch to advise me I could come back and pick up my car. Knowing that I am a member of MBCA he had already calculated in my discount.. I don’t anticipate this car will be visiting again for the next 10,000 miles or until I get a message on my dashboard telling me the car wants to come see you again. The situation with my 1987 560 SL is a little different. This is a car that I am restoring, although it is in pretty decent shape for its age. I am occasionally frustrated that some parts are no longer available through M-B. And I have trust issues with ordering parts over the Internet from vendors. I do not know. I recently purchased authentic M-B keys from PP using the VIN number and they were a perfect match for which I am grateful. However, my trunk lock cylinder does not match the keys which fit the doors, ignition and glove box. John in parts has told me those trunk lock cylinders are no longer available, therefore, I cannot order a cylinder matched to my VIN number. He also advised me I cannot get a replacement for the broken trunk lid mounted stoplight, but these are available on the Internet from aftermarket suppliers.. I want to say a special word of thanks to Alex Rodriguez. My service advisor., John in parts who has been a remarkable resource for parts that are available and to the mechanic Grant, who seems to love these old cars as much as I do. Can you recommend a reputable and reliable source for obsolete parts no longer available directly through Mercedes-Benz?
