The sales person ( Travis Cornett ) was real helpful and explained everything great, he worked really hard to explain things about the cars.

Took my car in for an oil leak & to repair my turbo. Didn’t receive any service because the technician stated I had metal in my oil & I needed a new engine. I had to pay $260 for nothing. My car is currently getting repaired in another shop.

All I had to do was call Alex Rodriguez and he took care of everything from there. He set up my appointment and had a car ready for me, no waiting.Alex is a polite and professional young man and he is good at his job. He kept me informed about my car, when it would be ready and possible thing it will need in the future.My car has a wrap and requires a hand wash. He told me that the car wash there was being rebuilt and they were taking car to the public car wash, and that he would take care of making sure it was hand washed. He even introduced me to the guy who hand washed it, very nice guy and he did an excellent job!!I also saw and spoke to Ernesto when I picked up my car, it was nice to see that he was doing well. He was my first service advisor and remembered me and my car.
