I found this car through cargurus initially then went directly through their website and ended up with Cierra Figuero who was WONDERFUL to work with! She communicated with me most of the day very promptly and answered any and all of my questions. When I arrived there Saturday morning, the car we discussed was already pulled out and ready to go. It was an extremely smooth process so far as car deals can go smooth

The people were very pleasant to deal with and honest. They completed the work on time and did a great job all around.

The response time to get checked out was terrible. And it wasn't due to being busy. There weren't any clients there at the time we were picking up my wife's car. My technician was nowhere to be found. There was one person who told me who it was but didn't assist me other than tell me he should be back very soon. There were 3 people in the service managers office, which is glass and can easily see if someone is just standing there, just seating around as I stood in the open area waiting for someone to help. Fortunately, William walked in and asked if anyone was helping me and he did take care of me, even though he was my technician.Mike Turk
