The response time to get checked out was terrible. And it wasn't due to being busy. There weren't any clients there at the time we were picking up my wife's car. My technician was nowhere to be found. There was one person who told me who it was but didn't assist me other than tell me he should be back very soon. There were 3 people in the service managers office, which is glass and can easily see if someone is just standing there, just seating around as I stood in the open area waiting for someone to help. Fortunately, William walked in and asked if anyone was helping me and he did take care of me, even though he was my technician.Mike Turk

I took my car in to have an issue diagnosed because it was not reversing properly. Zack Fletcher, Sales Assistant, was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way regarding the status of my vehicle and ensured I had a loaner vehicle available while the repairs were being completed.The loaner was ready when I arrived, making the process seamless and convenient. Service for 3 items. Wheel repair, tire pressure check, handwash. Wheel looks awesome, tire pressure was never rectified and I had to bring the car back even though I questioned upon pick- up and if they hand washed it, it got all sprinkled in sitting wherever waiting for pick- up. Tracking system wasn’t working so why use it??? Get rid of it! Voice mail left went unanswered and unrecognized and text never responded to.
