While the service team members themselves were kind, the overall environment was not ideal. The temporary trailers were lacking, especially since the one I was waiting in didn’t have running water. That meant neither restroom was functional. I ended up having to rinse soap off my hands using a bottle of water from the mini fridge. I understand renovations can be challenging, but ensuring basic necessities are available for customers is important, especially when waiting for multiple hours.

Excellent service from Robert. Happy with experience from start to end. Nice change to work with a dealership that actually cares about their customers.

The purpose of my visit was to check out my car for a long road trip. The hour visit turned into two and now that I’m on the road, I find I have absolutely zero windshield fluid. I know I had fluid before I got there. I am not a happy camper.
