I was purchasing a new vehicle after my 2023 GLV 300 purchase did not work out due to ongoing electrical and mechanical failures. The purchase process was extremely slow but the salesperson Sofia was very professional, polished and friendly.

Our car purchase interaction with the sales team was excellent but during the process to actually purchase the vehicle we had 1 major issue. When we went to fill out the paperwork my wife was not listed as a co-signer on the title. This was a significant surprise to both of us. When I inquired about adding her I was told a credit check was required for my wife to be added. I felt we had 2 choices the first tell our salesperson we would come back after the paperwork was corrected or our second choice was to continue and work getting her added to the title with the loan company. We reluctantly chose the latter and now we will have work to do to resolve this unnecessary issue to get resolve. At no point during the sale process we were not asked who should be on the title. In fact the salesman requested my wife come in to sign the title for the trade in of our ML We previously purchased from Park Place Fort Worth that was titled in both our names. Our recommendation to Park Place Fort Worth to inform their Sales and Financial teams to always check with the purchaser to determine how they want the vehicle titled before the customer comes in to sign the final purchase papers.
