Excellent information, availability for visits and questions (in person and on phone). Professional, accommodating and not "pushy" - at all. Many thanks to Jason M.

Mercedes and the staff were very busy (understandably) but, the team pulled together and attended to us. There was a couple issues to note we are not happy with. There is a scratch behind the drivers seat and paint defects and scratches here and there on the car and everyone seam to brush off my wife and I when we tried to point it out (we are going back soon to show them again) I understand we were excited but. The car was washed twice but, still had sweaty hand and arm prints inside and out. I told them about it and it was still there when we left. I understand it was getting close to closing time but, come on. The rear license plate was barely on (good thing I checked it when I got home. The bolts are way too short! They didn’t even install the Park Place frame because the bolts were to small/short. The front plate was never installed. Other then those few things, everything else went fine.

When I went to look the car over it had to be sent back to be cleaned. The roof liner on the inside had something red splattered all over it. The pocket on the back of the seat was stained and damaged. There is a large paint scratch on the passenger rear quarter panel. Scratches on the door above the window inside. And the weather stripping on both rear doors coming off. The weather stripping on the door was coming off and lead to the molding over the window to catch and bend. I reached out to an Infiniti dealer and they advised me to contact the dealership where I purchased the car. The sales agent reply “I don’t know why they would say that lol. It’s there branded vehicle under manufacture warranty lol.” I made an appointment with Grubbs Infiniti for service. While there they also found a cooling system leak. It will be there for 5 days for repairs. We purchased the car on 9/29. My wife was in the hospital until 10/3. She drove the car a week before she started finding issues with it. Park Place should have higher standards for the cars they are delivering to the buyer. They failed to clean the car properly or inspect it for any fluid leaks. They also failed to fix small repairs. I have not received any follow up on my vehicle purchase and when I reached out to the sales agent about the damage I received a response with “lol”.
