Easy to schedule an appointment online. Checked in and assigned a service advisor quickly. Waited during the inspection and was provided a detailed list of recommended work and pricing. Put in a loaner once work was approved. Work was completed on time and as estimated.

Greeted, service items explained along with cost. Expected wait time explained. Waiting area was a bit warm and it would have be logistically pleasing if there had been floor DC outlets to charge my laptop.

The only thing I did not like is that our car was not washed nor was it communicated that it would not be done before pick up.
