Mercedes was very patient, knowledgeable, and relatable. I knew that even if I hadn’t purchased that day, I would’ve been back for her specifically. There were many options and she listened to exactly what I wanted.

From my arrival through receiving my keys and driving away in my new to me Mercedes, I was pleasantly pleased! Though when I came to pick it up, what should've take 30 minutes took almost 3 hours, it was still a pleasant experience. No haggling, no up selling, got more for my trade than expected, and my sales experience manager, Davon, was AMAZING!!!
