Matt Butler was instrumental in my excellent service at the Bryant Irvin location. He personally oversaw my service for my brand new 2026 GLC 300 SUV that had a SAM faulty part. He kept me in the loop every step of the way in that he texted and called me on every aspect of the service. From what the issue was, to how long the park would take to be delivered and at the end of the process, what was done to ensure my new GLC 300 was again good as new. I appreciate his attentiveness to my issue and concerns. No matter how minor my concern was, he took it seriously and checked it all out. Thank you Matt.

While the service team members themselves were kind, the overall environment was not ideal. The temporary trailers were lacking, especially since the one I was waiting in didn’t have running water. That meant neither restroom was functional. I ended up having to rinse soap off my hands using a bottle of water from the mini fridge. I understand renovations can be challenging, but ensuring basic necessities are available for customers is important, especially when waiting for multiple hours.
