Alex Rodriguez is responsive, knowledgeable and an asset to the Park Place business. He has been my service advisor for over a year now. Each time he greets me with a smile and is personable while remaining professional. I appreciate his guidance when recommendations come up with my 2013 GLK.

I didn’t know that the dealership was doing construction. I wasn’t notified that the car wash wasn’t working as I would have never brought it there because that’s one of the service that I receive when my car is getting services to get it washed. I wasn’t available due to the construction.. my car was supposed to be ready the same day Thursday and I had to call Friday afternoon to check on it myself. I was due to go out of town and had been waiting on my car the whole time. And my travel plans were delayed due to this It just wasn’t a pleasant experience, and I will not be returning back to this dealership for any services or purchases of any cars. I I will be going to another Mercedes-Benz dealership for my next and all visits for services.
