Came in to pick up my plates and get an area fixed on my spoiler, where there was chipped paint that was not noticed upon purchase. It was just touched up with paint in that area. It looked worse and more noticeable than before, as it was not buffed before painting. I reached out to my sales consultant Robert Grimmett, who immediately tried to find a solution to rectify the issue. Robert reached out to the Sales Director, Corey Bozo, who asked that I bring my car in. After inspecting the car, they realized it needed to be buffed. I was still a little worried about how that would look and they made an executive decision to repaint the whole spoiler. They had my Beautiful ride back on the rode in less than 24 hours. My experience with Park Place Motorcars during my purchase and the service of my vehicle has been top tier and I will be a customer for life.
