Zoe was very helpful with the transaction ( selling to Park Place) on my SLK55 AMG...Your backup staff at corporate has STILL NOT CLEARED THE TITLE...THE STATE OF TEXAS TELLS ME THAT THE CAR IS STIIL IN MY NAME...THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE ! Mercedes Lopez was very helpful with the Buick Encore transaction...I have yet to hear anything about the Title being handled by your corporate staff ???
