Excellent service from staff overall, however we flew to Forth Worth to purchase a new SUV for my wife (was supposed to be a surprise) everything went well in the buying process, but the aftermath was that vehicle we purchased had a defect and after 1 day was not driveable, we had to stay an additional 1 1/2 days to address the mechanic failure, when we were supposed to be driving home enjoying the ride. It was disappointing coming from a new Mercedes Vehicle, however sales and management worked closely to address the issue.

This was by far the best auto purchase experience I have ever had.
