I live in Austin and was traveling in my CPO 2021 S580 when one of my tires was damaged from a pot hole. I obviously did not have an appointment but Matt Butler “rolled out the red carpet” for me. He had the tire replaced as I waited less than an hour! Matt deserves recognition because he truly was empathetic to my situation and resolved my problem in record time.

Bought my car 1st week of DECEMBER 2025 and still don't have copies of all the documents I signed even though I called on January 16th and was told they were being emailed to me while I was on the phone. Also my car had a terrible smell when I bought it. I had to miss a day of work because the smell gave me a headache. The salesperson told me that they tried to get rid of the smell but was unable to do so.
