Very disappointed that after being broken down on the side of the road and having to pay for a tow truck to get my vehicle to Park Place, I find out that I had to pay a $260 diagnostic fee for a system update glitch and that was all that was wrong. That sounds like it is a Mercedes error not mine.

Excellent all around - even though it’s under construction. One thing that would have been more helpful is that the website the text sent me to that is supposed to tell me the current status never was updated. Had no idea what the status of my car was. Also, the loaner was not topped of with gas and a few hours later on the road the gas light came on.

Tom was great. Everything was ready by the time I made the 3 hour drive and he made the sale the easiest I’ve experienced.
