Davon & Cory are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure the experience is as smooth as possible!

The Sales and Financial teams did a wonderful job working with us on our purchase.

Excellent service from staff overall, however we flew to Forth Worth to purchase a new SUV for my wife (was supposed to be a surprise) everything went well in the buying process, but the aftermath was that vehicle we purchased had a defect and after 1 day was not driveable, we had to stay an additional 1 1/2 days to address the mechanic failure, when we were supposed to be driving home enjoying the ride. It was disappointing coming from a new Mercedes Vehicle, however sales and management worked closely to address the issue.

This was by far the best auto purchase experience I have ever had.

I had my vehicle delivered to me with no hassle at all.

Travis our Salesman was very knowledgeable

Committed to excellence

Really good car.buying experience. Tom was very easy to work with

I was purchasing a new vehicle after my 2023 GLV 300 purchase did not work out due to ongoing electrical and mechanical failures. The purchase process was extremely slow but the salesperson Sofia was very professional, polished and friendly.

Amazing staff! Mercedes was truly interested in helping me find the perfect car for me. She was available for all my questions. I felt that Park Place Motorcars really cared about me.
