Tom Bartle was very helpful throughout the 2 days I spoke with him over the phone. Very pleasant, proficient and concise. He made the online buying experience one that I prefer now. I have reached out to Tom on several occasions about the car owner's manual. He has sent me a PDF file and a flash drive (which is so very nice), but still hasn't come up with the actual manual that should be in the car. I realize this is not his fault, but it sure would be great business, get a five star rating and an amazing Google review of the owner's manual we're furnished.
