I worked in the auto industry for nearly 30 years and lived in the Detroit area. The dealership experiences I had were so bad that I bought my last 2 cars from Carvana. My wife and I decided to try dealerships again, and we were very pleased. Jordan Brooks was amazing throughout the whole process. Having the "one touch" process definitely is a benefit.
