Great

I have been buying cars from Park Place for years and they know me there and have always treated me nice. That's why I'm in the family now because that's where I buy my cars.

Ease of buying car seemless from beginning to end

Good sales person

I was acknowledged/greeted as soon as I walked inside.

Sadly, my 2008 ML 350 was in an accident and totaled, so I was in need of a new vehicle. After watching the pre-owned vehicles on the park Place website, I decided to buy pre-owned and picked out a 2014 ML 350 to replace my cherished 2008 model. Upon calling the Park Place dealership I was put in touch with Shay. She was very pleasant and friendly and very experienced and helpful in my buying experience. After a very fair negation process with her and the Manager and reaching a deal on my new Mercedes, Shay was so helpful and professional with my transition into this newer model and it's more advanced systems. Her friendly and caring attitude toward me was very commendable. I would refer her services to any potential customers. Please let Shay know how much I appreciate meeting and working with her in replacing my beloved 2008 ML 350 with this newer model. Thank You, Shay. You did a great job helping me through this trying time.

Marin Kovacevic is always the best. He gets the vehicle I want, gets me top value for my trade and gets my paperwork done efficiently.
