Salesperson was personable and professional. Process was flawed in that it wasn't the fully "remote" purchase as I would have preferred. A bit of back and forth about the financing through my credit union and signatures needed again, even though we had signed the paperwork at home. When purchasing site unseen, I think it is good to fully disclose any and all imperfections. The issues with the windshield wasn't fully disclosed as being a crack. It was stated it needed to be replaced but due to it not being installed correctly. The imperfections on the wheel was not highlighted. The 2nd key didn't work (needed a battery), just made me wonder if the full check on things was accomplished since this was missed. I do appreciate how the team has worked to address all my concerns. THE reason I went with Park Place is because they do stand behind their products.

As soon as I entered, I was greeted and helped. I was offered water and coffee. People at the Fort Worth Park Place are happy to work.
