My initial inquiry for the vehicle was by phone with Tom Bartle to schedule an appointment to test drive the vehicle the next morning. That evening just prior to close Tom alerted me there were others customers at the dealership interested in the vehicle and worked it me to place a deposit to hold the vehicle. I appreciated this very much as I missed out on vehicle once in the past in a similar scenario. The next morning I drove and purchased the vehicle. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had and Tom was a pleasure to work with!
