Tom was great. The test drive experience was just long enough. I appreciate the “single touch” transaction; much nicer than being shuttles to a pushy finance guy in the back.

Kevin Watson is excellent, very knowledgeable of the product and processes for closing and a pleasure to work with. It took longer than I was expecting to get the paperwork done, but my sense is that was due to some temporary software or equipment hiccups.
