Very slow process in buying a car especially the paperwork waiting a long time. I have bought 7 Mercedes cars and this car buying experience was the worst.

We had to leave for vacation the day after we came to the dealership, so everything was arranged via email while we were out of town. But the car was ready for us to come pick up as soon as we got back, and the process was really smooth.
