My experience with the sales staff was excellent. I placed a down payment for my car and was told it would need to go through a detailed inspection and detail which would take one week.Upon picking up my car and within an hour of driving it off the lot my low tire light came on. All 4 tires were under 30 which indicates they were never checked during the inspection. I sent a picture to my sales person and she indicates she shared it with the sales manager.In addition, the profile and cell phone numbers from the previous owner were still stored in the car.No one has reached out for follow up on whether or not the before transfer inspection was completed.
