Very positive! This was the first time we’d purchased a vehicle on-line/in-person. But no dealers in our home-state of Colorado had the vehicle we wanted. Park Place had the closest to what we wanted, reasonably priced, lowest mileage. We reached out, and Shay responded promptly, answered all our questions, and worked to get financing and paperwork in place so we could fly down to see it and finalize the deal after Thanksgiving. Very nice dealership facility, good selection of vehicles. Shay was super to work with!

I first contacted Park place by phone and was referred to Mercedes Lopez. I thought it must be a joke when she told me her name-- Mercedes at the Mercedes Place. I told her what I was looking for and she immediately informed me about the inventory. Two cars sounded like what I wanted so I arranged to come in. Mercedes took care of all my needs. She handled my trade ins, negotiated fairly. and spent lots of time going over all the bells and whistles on the car. I love my car and appreciate her help.

I called and got Ray Charles Andrews when he was given my call. I et I talked to 8 other dealerships but I knew I would like him. He sounded honest. With that being said, when I was at the end of my search, I called him back. He put me on hold and came back and described a car they would be pulling from their loan cars. It sounded exactly what I was looking for. He walked me through the whole deal and I picked up my new car the next week. I am happy as I can be.
